1 /5 lashley Portillo: UPDATE: I went in with my mom to do a return, unaware of her presence. I stayed quiet said nothing to anyone and AMANDA was radioing stuff to her employee to the point where the employee was shaking of nerves. I stepped out of the store in hope that she would stop harassing the cashier. On my way out Amanda saw me and called security, the cashier told my mom that Amanda said I was not allowed in the store or anywhere near the store. Not sure what that is if there is no open case with security towards me and I didn’t even acknowledge her in hopes of avoiding any additional problems. She essentially threatened me with calling security. I’m there to shop not acknowledge her rude and disgusting behavior.
AMANDA, is the worst at customer service. I am not sure how she even got the position as store manager. As soon as I approached the register she started talking to me as if I was completely incompetent. When I asked her not to talk to me as if I was an idiot she said “I don’t know how else to explain it to you”. I started to defend myself, and her response was “you have 5 min to get out before I call security”. All because she didn’t know how to do my exchange and bc I didn’t double down to her attitude and mistreatment. She has been reported, as another employee let us know that she has a tendency of mistreating customers AND employees.
