1 /5 Danna Ramirez: I love express, I shop here quite often. Very bad experience on this day: June 7th 2025. I’ve never seen such a bad experience with customer service in my 32 years of living. It seems like they let anyone with a job application work at these places. I walked in about 15-10 minutes before closing and was met with an employee clearly in a bad mood. She was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I thought she was a customer at first because of the way she was dressed (biker shorts and t shirt), I wouldn’t have known she worked there if she wasn’t behind the register. She was throwing the clothes hangers and the clothing on the table, she was also slamming the doors of the changing rooms. I could tell she didn’t want anyone in the store too because she loudly announced to her coworker that they close in 5 minutes. They didn’t even close in 5 minutes! I heard her conversation with a customer and I heard this employee give her attitude, so disrespectful, the customer was being kind too! The customer seemed upset after that as well. I walked out and didn’t buy anything since I didn’t feel like dealing with her attitude. We all have those days where we’re not feeling our best, I understand. But in no way, should you bring your negative attitude in the workplace. Lets be professional here and leave that at home and focus on your job. Quite disappointed with the service today, I expected classier behavior from this store.
