1 /5 Moe: This location needs to work on their employees’ attitudes when it comes to customer service. Most of the time when I walk in, I don’t get a greeting. They just act like they don’t see customers when they walk in. They talk to one another more than they help the customers. I only received a greeting today because a manager was on the floor. I’m not sure if she was the store manager or the district manager. I asked a few employees about a red bubble mini skirt and a young black girl with shoulder length hair was very rude. She told me they never carried it. I told her that I literally tried it on a few months ago at their location. It’s the only location that I go to now since they closed the one in Rice Village & First Colony. I told her that I tried on the red bubble skirt and the black bubble skirt and it was a hard decision, but I decided to buy the black one at that time along with a striped cardigan. She once again told me they didn’t have it, sighed, and rolled her eyes. I didn’t care for her nasty, immature attitude. I guess I’m imagining things even though I have a picture wearing it in the dressing room as I decided on which one to purchase. I just walked away from her & went to speak to the manager, I’m assuming, who was very helpful. She was a nice black woman with long hair. I hate I didn’t get her name. She said she was at the Baybrook location yesterday and saw the skirt there. I was able to call and ask them to hold it. I don’t appreciate the other young girl’s rudeness and being called a liar. I could’ve gone through my phone and showed her the picture of me in the freaking skirt, but she really wasn’t worth any more time. It was clear she needs to work on her customer service skills and communication skills overall. Express, please do better. I used to work for Express for ten years and have been a customer for twenty five. I would’ve never acted like that with a customer.

5 /5 E Brown: I am impressed with the quality of merchandise that this store carries. Its not overstocked, so youre not overwhelmed while trying to make a selection. The store has women and mens clothing, shoes and accessories; its somewhat pricey, but you get what you pay for.

1 /5 Aliana Joseph: Terrible management, Patricia is so rude and when I asked for help regarding the dressing room she completely ignored me and went on to talk bad about her coworkers. Unprofessional and has a disgusting attitude. Needs to be reported immediately if I could give 0 Stars I would.

1 /5 ANTONIO GONZALEZ: We recently purchase some items on line, and we try to exchange one item at the location on baybrook mall, at that location the employees told us that it was shiped to us from an outlet store and that we can only have it eschange on those outlet locations. The following weekend We drove to the nearest location on pearland texas, at that location a lady with the worst actitude which she let me know that she was the manager told us that the item receipt has expired and that she can not do anithing about it. We understand policies, but the rude actitude we were preaented with just understand why that location is empty compared to the other locations. If you like to be treated with disrespect, go to this pearland location, you will definitely will notice that. I had requested the customer service number an all she was keep telling me was to look at their return policie and that the number was there at the that policie. The number was not there i had to find it on line. What a disappointment we got from this stores. Never will purchase anything againg from them.

5 /5 houston smoke: Went in there. 2/09/2018. Did a little shopping and got the express credit card and since It was an extra 20 percent off on all the purchases. My wife and I took advantage of it and made the total price close to 1200. Since it was quit an amount of items so I understand that they rang up incorrect items the first time. So they gave the money back and charge it again. But on my statement, I got really confused because 3 different cards were involved. I kind of gave PABLO a hard time letting him know what happened. Long story short he was very very patient and professional explaining what happened. Not one time he argued or raised his voice with the customer. As an owner of a business myself. He did an outstanding job.
