5 /5 Morgan Ramirez: I went into express today stressing about a outfit for my work Christmas party, I had been to several stores before I had went into express where I was met with someone name Gwendolyn, she was very nice and lovely, she calmed my stress levels and was able to help me find a fashionable and affordable outfit for tomorrow, I highly recommend if you come here, ask for her, she gives great advice and she helped me with multiple sizes. I will definitely be coming back to see her for my new years outfit!

1 /5 Prince A: Bought a shirt full price and noticed a couple of days later it went on sale. Asked if I could get the sale price since I just bought it and they told me to bring it in. That weekend I get there and Im told I cant since the tag is off. I called the next day and get told that was a mistake and to bring it in. I come back that weekend and get told I cant because sale is over, but I can call customer service for help. I call customer service, they put me on hold and call the store, and the store tells customer service (but not me directly) I can get a sale... Now I have to drive another hour round trip for the 3rd time to get something simple corrected.

1 /5 Maria Gonzalez: one of the employees at this store got my husband’s phone number. I’m guessing after him signing up for rewards they have been talking for a couple days and I believe her name was Alexis I was not present with him during this time. But I’ve shopped at this store for years and I know the manager Gweneth would not condone this behavior I think if there is an Alexis working here her behavior should be conducted. VERY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

5 /5 Samantha Rose: Such a great experience with all the staff. Went in looking for an outfit for new years and found the perfect one. Even better it was on sale!!! They did have some high prices but great sales.
