1 /5 LAURA GUEVARA DE PEREIRA: Today I had a very disappointing experience at Tienda Express. The store manager, Rebeca, treated me with a complete lack of respect and professionalism. She ignored me, refused to answer my questions, and even turned her back on me while I was speaking. Her attitude was unnecessarily rude and made me feel completely unwelcome. I truly believe customer service should reflect care and courtesy, especially from a manager. Unfortunately, that was not the case today. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and addresses this issue, as no customer should be treated this way. Time :4:30pm dic 05

5 /5 Diyar T: Janasha and Sheraz always take care of me when I get my suits. Janasha took time to find my size and I walked out with 2 suits.

2 /5 KHYATI DESAI: It was my very first time purchasing a suit from express and got very disappointed. I had to make 3 trips to get a suit for my husband. I returned 1 of them and the way the frontend hispanic lady was checking it as if I was trying to steal it. All i told her was it was never been used cuz my husband didn’t liked the color. And she answered in such a way which made me feel as if she was being racist towards me. I understand that its a protocol and i respect her doing the job. But she didn’t even bother to hand over the receipt and say Thank you. Someone really needs to take attention towards her. She was very rude.

1 /5 Bl Dental & Orthodontics: Horrible Experience at Express I had an awful experience at Express. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, and they didn’t even bother to identify themselves. When I tried to return an item within the allowed time frame, instead of assisting me, they laughed in my face and called security on me. It was both frustrating and humiliating. The lack of professionalism and respect is unacceptable. I will never shop here again and would strongly advise others to avoid this
