2 /5 Laurice Brown: The store was neat and organized, and the deals were great! I found the customer service lacking, though. I was not greeted, though 3-4 workers were near the entrance chatting. When I walked up and asked for a fitting room, it felt as if I was an inconvenience, rather than a customer— a bit awkward to say the least. I wish the interactions had been warmer, but I DO love the deals, so I’ll be back.

1 /5 G C: 2/24/2024 at 2:30pm myself and my brother were shopping at this Express location in the Irving mall. My brother asked Dwayne to open a dressing room to try on the clothing. "Can you open a dressing room?" was met with shouts of "HELLO? HELLO?, HELLO?" loud enough other customers turned their heads at the commotion, Dwaynes behavior caused an unnecessary scene. Confused, my brother says "hi.." only then does Dwayne do his job. However, while walking to the dressing to unlock it, Dwayne back talks to my brother, saying, "I NEED PEOPLE TO SAY HELLO TO ME FIRST." After this exchange, I caught Dwayne giving us a stank face twice. People this ignorant & sour faced should NOT be working in retail/customer service. I also have reason to believe this was racially motivated since Dwayne was overly polite to people of his same ethnicity and impertinent to us.

5 /5 Arzina Ali: I must say this is the BEST Express location HANDS DOWN! Rudy was such a great help, he went back probably 10 times to get us different sizes and colors. He was excellent help and super friendly! I couldn’t have been more satisfied spending $$$ here. Rudy is doing a wonderful job managing the store and taking care of his customers. Excellent staff, clean, and organized!
