2 /5 Sydnye Adams: Whoever is working at this store and opens really needs to try and pay more attention to when people are in the store. It was 10:10am When I got to the store and I’ve been at the register for 15 minutes and went to the back room 3 times to ask for help and nobody is coming out then went IN the back room and found nobody. When somebody finally came out he said nothing to me, just grabbed my return and didn’t say a word.

1 /5 Tien Tran: I came in with a 15 percent off a 100 coupon. When I went up to pay, one of the employee said I have to download onto my wallet. Did that, and she said I couldnt use it, then went to asked another said the same. Didnt even bother explaining to me why I couldnt use it, but the coupon clearly said I could. Got frustrated and said its ok, and they didnt even apologize. Rude and lazy. Would not go back to this store

4 /5 Trista Robinson-Ashley: Its one of the better stores in the area, but if youre looking for the most up to date Express items you want to go to an actual Express (not an outlet) or order online. The store is a bit small and the clothing options are limited.
