5 /5 Diana DeClue: Wow! The Expression Factory Outlet was a great shopping experience. Walking in, things were neat, some things were being folded, everyone was doing tasks. Some associates were working with guests others were handling the day to day operations. I felt personally cared for and appreciated all the help the associates provided as I shopped for a dress. They got me a bigger size and even went as far as steaming out the wrinkles because I was attending the event and had no access to one. Jaramie was incredible, his customer service and friendly attitude are infectious. Thank you again for a wonderful shopping experience, the dress was perfect!
