I had placed an online order during her sale, and when I went to pick it up, I was running a bit late — but she kindly stayed open a little longer just so I could make it in before closing. She even welcomed me in and told me I still had time to look around, which made me feel so comfortable and not rushed at all. That kind of customer service is rare and so appreciated. I’ll definitely be back to shop for Fall 2025!
