Ivana R I wanted to take the time to write this review because, although my wedding was eight months ago, I am still so grateful for the way Ella Blu handled a very stressful situation.
I purchased my wedding dress about six months before my wedding, in October. I was told it would arrive in April, which was already cutting it close since my wedding was in May. Pam initially helped me pick out my dress and was wonderful. I briefly visited another boutique to explore options, but none of the dresses worked out, so I returned to Ella Blu. When I came back, Pam was assisting another bride, and a newer bridal stylist took my measurements.
Unfortunately, when my dress arrived in April, it would not zip up by about two inches. This was incredibly stressful, especially with my wedding just weeks away. I was told that ordering a replacement dress would not arrive in time. Since my measurements had not changed, I expressed my concern and asked if there was anything they could do, given that the issue stemmed from incorrect measurements.
Ella Blu went above and beyond to make things right. They offered me the sample dress I had originally fallen in love with at a significant discount and covered the alterations so it would fit perfectly.
Thanks to them, I was able to wear the dress I truly loved on my wedding day.
While the situation was stressful at first, I truly appreciate how professionally and generously they handled it. They took responsibility, eased my anxiety, and ultimately made sure everything worked out. I am so thankful for their care and commitment, and I would absolutely recommend Ella Blu to any bride looking for a team that truly supports you, especially when it matters most.
