1 /5 Angela Molina: so my daughter and I had gone here, and to say it was tremendously dirty. All the run where very chaotic and disorganized. The displays looked like a tornado had gone through. Especially the clearance section. I have seen better Frans! I would say the way that store is going should be a safety hazard. TREMENDOUSLY dusty for sure. We did not even have the patience to be in their from how overwhelming it is to see clothes everywhere and the hangers disheveled. Would not go back to this location again.

1 /5 Mona Davis: I visited this store on new years eve 19 and the customer service was so poor I had to post about it. There were maybe 2 -3 other shoppers in the store and not one employee acknowledged me or checked to see if I needed assistance with anything. After about 15 min if looking, I was so annoyed, I left. I took two steps out and turned around to go back in to find a manager to express my concerns and lack of customer service which made my decision not to make a purchase. She was apologetic and I felt it was sincere, but I still wont shop here. This was my first time here. There are other boutiques in the area that are very personable that this company can learn from.

5 /5 Rachel Morisey: The girls are AWESOME! I came in needing two dresses for events in just a few days and Denise was SO HELPFUL. She picked out things for me I would have never tried but loved. By far my favorite Francescas location.

5 /5 Michael: This is always my go-to go place to find the perfect gift for family, friends, co-workers and classmates. As I walk into Francesca’s I was welcomed with friendly faces by the employee and manager. Gosh, I’m definitely put this as my favorites for gift shopping. It’s so beautiful here!

5 /5 Justine Hernandez: I HATE shopping I LOVE Francescas. I must not have inherited the shopping-gene that runs in my family. Retail shops are typically my definition of Hell... mindlessly perusing a sea of fashion to put together an outfit (a feat for me) while maneuvering through hoards of women to maintain my personal bubble is NOT my picture of a pleasant outing. Thus, I always end up at Francescas. When I step into Francescas, it feels as though Ive inherited a gang of lifelong girlfriends. Youre greeted warmly by the entire staff. They seem to actually care about what you need. The line between sales tactics and genuine interest is completely blurred - GENIUS. I never once felt like I was being "sold". The store was bustling as I went in looking for a holiday cocktail dress. Even with the high volume, the staff made sure to give me their undivided attention - continuously checking on me and consistently addressing me by first name. They listened to my likes and dislikes, found me sizes of the dresses Id requested, put together whole outfits (i.e. dress, shoes, jewelry), and promptly reserved my dressing room. At one point they had to fetch dresses off of hard-to-reach mannequins. I apologized to the woman for putting her through the trouble, and she said, "What? Dont apologize! Just try this on so we can see how great its going to look." GUSH! Their holiday BOGO promo made it so that I could buy two dresses and two necklaces. Quality clothes + highly reasonable prices + top-notch customer service? Thats how you keep a customer for life. If the "chore" of shopping for clothes is daunting to you, or youre just looking for more out of your trip to the boutique, then make your way to Francescas for five-star experience. The lovely ladies will be happy to help.
