5 /5 Lydia Scoggins: My daughter and I shopped at Francescas on their second day of opening and it is now our favorite store to shop! The staff provided superior customer service and offered suggestions on coordinating the outfits. They were extremely helpful and polite. Francescas offers quality clothes, shoes, jewelry, and gifts at affordable prices! You will enjoy your time shopping there!!

2 /5 Payton Gill: the entire store had a nice and clean atmosphere. chokers were cute but only two of them were 22.00. a bit pricey for my liking. the workers seemed very unfriendly and unwilling to help. we purchased two sets of two chokers... or so we thought!!!!! i opened one pack of the chokers to come to the realization that i had been scammed. imagine my surprise when i open my Francesca’s “chokers” and only find one necklace inside. i went back to the location to try and switch it out for a package of two chokers. when i spoke to the worker, she greeted me with fake hospitality and asked if i had the cardboard card that the choker had came on. i had the receipt, card i had paid with, and choker in hand. she then proceeded to tell me that i could not switch out or even return the necklace due to the simple fact that i did not have the piece of cardboard that it came on with me. overall my experience was not pleasurable.

1 /5 j s: It is incredibly remarkable how anyone would want to give money to a company who blatantly ignores you. The moment I walked into the store until leaving not once was I greeted or thanked. I needed help reaching a candle and it was as if I was invisible. Every next customer was greeted, no offer of promotions, sales, or any assistance. The manager and associate can be heard just carrying on a conversation behind the counter vs waiting on guests. This is why ppl shop online because it beats feeling judged. I will not be returning and I will let corporate also know of my findings during this visit. A major anchor store in the mall who recently closed, even to its final day open, provided outstanding guest experience. If your looking for unique items there are other options. Hard pass.

1 /5 Amelia Perales: I bought some zirconia earrings on the first try they broke.. They cost 16 dollars . Cheap jewelry. They wouldnt exchange it even if I had the tag. Gave me a hard time.
