5 /5 Kaitley Cowan: Francescas is one of my favorite stores! We came in from out of town and wanted to stop in while visiting family. The store was amazing! Lots of cute stuff! Got an adorable necklace. And the employee there was very sweet and friendly!

5 /5 Linda Laredo: We love shopping at Francesca’s. The price and quality match perfectly, and they always have unique pieces you don’t see everywhere else. The staff is amazing—friendly, helpful, and makes the whole experience even better. It’s one of our favorite places to shop.

1 /5 Suzanna Waters: Went in to try on a few things. Walked in and the older lady… I assumed manager . Never turned around just greeted us without turning around. There was a sign on a table that stated “select items were 50% off) I asked if certain items were and she said EVERYTHING on that table. Umm ok sign says different. Terrible customer service.

1 /5 Karen Campos: Horrible return policy! There are way too many boutiques in town to have such a strict and short time to return items. Will definitely go to any other shop to avoid this one. I tried returning $75 worth of merchandise to be told I was 1 day past their 21 day return policy that is NOT even listed on the receipt!!! Who does 21 days? Very disappointed in this place, that 1 day was not worth losing a customer and earning a negative review. Don’t take advantage of loyal patrons. Give a minimum of 30 days or at the very least post the odd day rule on the receipt.
