I rarely write bad reviews, but Ghost Gear Clothing in Pasadena was a total disaster.
First off, the store was dirty and smelled awful. The floors were covered in dust and trash, and the clothes looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or cared for in months. To make things worse, there was a dog roaming freely inside the store, walking on the dirty floor and jumping on the shelves. That’s just unhygienic and completely unacceptable for a clothing store.
The clothes themselves were cheap and low quality, but priced way too high. T-shirts felt scratchy, hoodies were thin and looked worn out, and the accessories were basic stuff sold for way more than they’re worth.
Customer service was terrible—there was one person who barely helped and seemed annoyed when I asked questions. When I brought up the dirt and the dog, they didn’t seem to care.
The store had very little inventory and was disorganized, with mostly plain black clothes and very limited sizes.
Overall, Ghost Gear Clothing felt like an overpriced, dirty store with bad customer service. I will not be going back or recommending it to anyone.
