Rue the Kitty is such a delightful character. If they dont have a book you want, they will order it. Also, their book clubs and events are a lot of fun. Both times they were knowledgeable and quick to help. Both reps had great attitudes. This time it was on Sunday and my screen was black, so I couldnt even see to call Cricket customer service.
