1 /5 Lluvia Lopez: This has got to be THE WORST BOUTIQUE I’ve ever been to. IF YOU SEE THIS DO NOT GO TO THE BOUTIQUE. I went in this morning to get a dress and it fit me too small and they told me they could not return my money. The lady had clearly told me to come back if I had any problems with it and when I called and asked for a return they told me they could not do it that it was final sale??? I had barley bought this dress a hour ago and Manager told me she couldn’t do anything about it and to deal with it. I asked to speak to the owner and manager told me customers don’t speak to the owners!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS BOUTIQUE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL PLAY YOU AND STEAL YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES WHO LIE TO YOU JUST GET MONEY FROM YOU. if you are reading this to NOT go here.

1 /5 Isaac Rogers: No one could understand English, we had multiple sales reps have to jump in every second we were there, as soon as Hispanic people come in every single one left us and would not even help us check out and buy a dress, they called my wife fat in Spanish so we are going somewhere else, if you are not Hispanic this defnatly not a place for you, also rep kept bringing oversized dresses when my wife told her to stop and gave her sizing, rep still ignored her

1 /5 Elise Jensen: I went in with my sister and my spouse looking for wedding dresses. The lady I asked for help sent me to some prom dresses and walked away from me. No help whatsoever. But they started looking at me crazy when I started helping myself to these dresses. I asked if they had different sizes this that the other. I finally found a dress I liked I tried it on and nobody would help me. I had a woman trying to get measurements on me she said she was going to ask for a second opinion when the lady who originally sent me to the prom dresses REFUSED to give a second opinion on how we should have the dress fixed to fit me. Needless to say I did not buy a thing from this store and was helped amazingly at BrideSmart.

1 /5 Rachel Lyles: First off, the store was not open at 10am. I sat outside the store, at the tables, waiting till 11:30-11:45am, before i finally gave up. 3 employees inside the store, you could see just hanging out by the registers but kept the doors locked. If you say you open at 10, then open at 10. I found a dress somewhere else. Good luck with these ladies. I took my money elsewhere!!!!!

2 /5 Isabella Dailey: We walked into to buy prom dresses, no greeting, looked around for twenty minutes and got no greeting. Although one of them was helpful, one said they wouldn’t be surprised if we were going to steal the dresses and calling us names in spanish. They were surprised when we got the dresses but honestly we almost did not buy the dresses because of how terrible the services were and how disrespectful they were. Really dresses probably wouldn’t go there again.
