1 /5 Lisa Hutton: Goodness! Disappointing. Just dropped some things. Didn’t want a discount ticket, didn’t want to socialize, just dropped said thanks and went to leave. Some blond lady with a lot of makeup who works there yelled - “is there a problem?!” -blond lady - Nope, just dropping stuff, too busy to stay. -me - “DROP THE ATTITUDE!” - the blond lady What a poor representation of what goodwill has to offer. If I cannot quietly drop and be on my way I will choose another charity that requires less attention from me. Hope someone enjoys the 3 dresses, jeans and 3 pairs of shoes!

1 /5 Cassidy Waldrep: Assistant manager Felicia was extremely rude and instantly had attitude when I asked a question about a blanket size and pricing. Raised her voice telling me "to go turn her in". I asked her name since she had turned her badge around where I could not see it. She told me the blanket was priced according to brand and size. As I pointed out it didnt have a brand tag or sizing indicated. How was i supposed to know without asking someone. The clerk was the one who said it was a manager issue. I didnt ask for a manager. I asked her if the store was raising their pricing in general. She remarked in a harsh rude way " have you not noticed prices are going up everywhere?" She then said "my big boss priced this and she wouldnt change the price." I never asked her to change the price. I wanted the reason behind a store made blanket having a higher price and no size. She claimed it was a king. It was very small and did not look like a king. A manager in any capacity should be more professional and be a better leader. Several of her subordinates were standing next to her with shocked faces watching her walk away yelling "turn me in". She should be demoted and re-trained.

5 /5 Rachel Wallace-Kline: Excellent choice of clothing and shoes for everyone- women, men, kids -and I saw a couple sets of clothes for dogs and cats. Pretty cool. Great prices. When I was there the service was great.
