2 /5 Hillarie Swanner: My girls and I were browsing the store. My 12 year old picked up a ball that she did not realize was broken and it got slimy stuff all over her hands. We gave it to the girl at the counter who did not thank us. We could have left it for another guest to find. I asked if she could wash her hands since the broken ball got slime all over her. She rudely said no that we would have to walk more than a block away and across the road to the public bathroom. I asked since it was her ball that was on the shelf broken then maybe she could wash her hands in her store. She rudely said no. Thankfully I had a bottle of water that we used outside the store to get the slime off. Rude and terrible customer service!

5 /5 Erin Kirby: I visited Fredericksburg last weekend, and came across Heirlooms. I saw some items (pillow, and tote bags)in the store I really wanted, however the store was busy and we were needing to get back to San Antonio. I left and regretted not purchasing. I called the store and spoke to an employee whom was very pleasant and asked about shipping me the items if they were available. Luckily they were. She said the store manager would be contacting me the next day. Most of the time I don’t hold my breath. However, the store manager called me the next day and was so helpful and friendly. She said she could ship me the items and I was able to do everything easily over the phone. I couldn’t believe that my items arrived the next day, packaged perfectly. They included a sweet thank you note as well. This saved me the time to drive there, and I love the customer service that was provided. It was exactly the way customer service used to be and should be! Thank You and I look forward to shopping here again. It was honestly my favorite store in Fredericksburg.

1 /5 Israel: Horrible experience. Absolutely horrible customer service. The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful. I personally witnessed them falsely accuse a young woman of stealing, even though she wasn’t anywhere near the exit. Their behavior showed a complete lack of manners and respect toward both her and other customers in the store. I will not be returning.

1 /5 Genesis Garza: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They were extremely rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional, especially the two old lady’s and their other employee. I will NEVER come back and I strongly warn others to stay away. Accusing others of stealing without any proof WATCH YOUR BACK, THINK TWICE BEFORE ENTERING THAT STORE.

5 /5 Brayan Adame: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Hairlooms! Liz and Angelica are Awesome. Ms. Rhonda,is an absolute gem—her warmth and kindness made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this talented team for anyone looking for top-notch styling in a welcoming atmosphere!
