Hibbett - (Near Brownwood, TX)

4 /5 Nadine Norman: Very neat and clean. Everything easy to find and clearly visible. Staff helpful. Prices reasonable enough.( I mean it is Hibbetts right ?)

1 /5 Hailey Strait: I don’t appreciate the fact I called 4 times and didn’t get an answer until the last call and they immediately put me on hold and wouldn’t answer back until they hung up. I didn’t know we let store managers act like that! ✋

5 /5 Ashley Orosco: Havent been to Hibbett in a WHILE. Went and got the grandbaby some cleats for football! The staff was helpful in finding the cleats i needed. I spent more time browsing around than it took me to complete my transaction!

2 /5 Moe Wood: Not going to talk about the very limited selection as the basic economy of this community wouldnt support much more BUT, I will say how horrible overall the staff is from greeting customers until you walk out the door. Theres always 1 that will give an effort but as a team the service is as bad as you can get for attentiveness and truly working for the customer. Im actually standing at an empty register now having to call the store to get someone to check me out.

1 /5 Jami Floyd: Workers are really nice only thing good about the store. Went in the three times this year for youth sports necessities first time they didnt have the size shoe we needed, second time went in to look for softball pants they have lots of baseball but only two poor quality softball brands in grey, third time went in to get catchers gear they didnt have any I guess they dont carry it in store only on the website! At this point I hope brownwood gets an academy in the near future because hibbetts is a waste of space!
