Hot Topic - Shop TX (Near Beaumont)

Paula burris I was recently at the Chico’s Store in Texarkana, TX. I bought a nice pair of jeans at a great price, Greater still was the expert and friendly assistance I received from two Sales Ladies. Sharon and Sonya were happy to bring me many styles to try on until I found the exact fit. I appreciated the help and will be back!

Georgette Steele I usually dont shop in Cato, however I was looking for my daughter something to wear for a party. I looked everywhere and someone told me to try Cato. I am soooo happy I did, I was at the end of my rope, but Jennifer helped my daughter try different styles to figure out what looked good and what she felt comfortable wearing. She was ringing customers at the register, but she was also very attentive to my daughter as well. We will definitely be back because of Jennifer.

K T The employees are awesome but what the corporate American eagle tells them to do at the end at checkout is kind of messed up. “Would you like to apply for our American eagle credit card?” Then they scan a barcode taking 20% off the total and when you say no it goes back to normal price. That’s is so taking advantage of people right now. Especially since the economy is so bad! It’s very sad and very low. Not cool. The last thing people need is to sign up for another credit card. Not cool. (No offense to this store or the employees personally) but obviously there’s no way to leave a review for the corporate headquarters of American eagle.

Jennifer S I came here on the day of the hello kitty x starbucks collab and there was a lady named Mindy who was so sweet and helpful for all of us waiting outside for the store to open. She took our drink orders outside so that it’ll be faster at checkout and even talked to the manager to write down the first 10 people in line to get their bearista cups. Thank you Mindy!
