Miya I just had to take a moment to shout out Yulissa at Free People Movement — she completely turned my day around. After having a less-than-great experience at another store, I walked into Free People Movement feeling a little disappointed and honestly hesitant. But the moment Yulissa greeted me, everything changed. She was so warm, welcoming, and intentional with her energy. I genuinely felt seen and appreciated. She picked up on how I was feeling without me even saying a word, and made it her mission to give me and my friend the best experience possible. We never felt rushed or like we were being hurried out — instead, she created such a comfortable space for us to browse, try things on, ask questions, and just enjoy the store. Yulissa went above and beyond in every way. Her kindness, patience, and attention to detail didn’t just make me feel better — they made me want to come back. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares that much about your experience. I left the store not only with pieces I loved, but with a renewed sense of excitement for shopping again. Thank you, Yulissa — you’re a gem!

The TinMan I called ahead to tell the salesperson what I wanted and they checked and said they had it in stock. They laid it on the counter for me. When I arrived I found easy parking within 30 feet of the front door. I called again and explained that I had two sleeping children in the car and could they come out and get my card and pay and bring back my items. They were happy to do so. Remarkable service and the salesperson was all smiles. Highly recommend this wonderful shop. Wish I had had time to shop around!

Colby Cervantes They fit right in at their new location off of McKinney and have made great use of their space. They sell items like screenprints, handbags, air plants, toddler items, kitchenware and more. All if not most of their items are hand made and locally sourced. Even though most of the items in the shop are geared toward women, it’s good to be able to have a local shop like this that my wife and family would love. Every Christmas for the past 5 years I have been able to find something for at least 2-3 people and I feel good knowing that I am supporting a local business.
