Taylor W I hung up before doing a survey for Candice. Supervisor Candice at JCPenney was absolutely amazing. I originally placed an order last week, but for some reason it was canceled. When I tried to reorder, the price had gone up to almost $75. The first customer service agent offered free delivery, which I already qualified for, and an $8 credit.
Then I spoke with Supervisor Candice, and she was incredibly helpful. She matched the original sale price with no hesitation.
Quality customer service is hard to come by these days, but every once in a while you get lucky. Please give Candice in Ohio a raise, she truly deserves it!
