1 /5 Shaw-nay Crime: Placed an order online and waited 2 wks without an update. Called the 800 number to be told my item was delivered 4 days after the order was made and they would email the store to update the order status to ready to be picked up. Waited a few days and called the store directly to be told by the male supervisor they don’t have it and the online people will “say whatever”. NEVER did be place me on hold to look and see if my items were at the store. Finally after 3 wks I cancelled the order bec it was clear I wasn’t going to get it and the store and the 800 number were just passing the buck back and forth. No resolution offered!! Can’t believe this is how big department store handles things. Smith Ranch rd in pearland location.

1 /5 Leonard Washington: This location is horrible. The stock in the big and tall section literally has not changed in months. They literally have the same items of clothing for about 2 months. The same 4 to 5 polo shirts have been on the rack and nothing has been added. The big and tall section looks like a big clearance isle. Do not waste your time shopping here if they cannot update the stock. This is ridiculous
