Cayla Gronauer I just went shopping for a wedding guest dress, and I had a WONDERFUL experience. Betul helped me with all of my needs. She was so patient with me, and helped in grabbing whatever dress I needed. I probably tried on about a dozen dresses and she was so patient and helpful the whole time. Eve though she has to put them all back when I was done, bless her heart for that. If you go to Dillard’s ask for Betul, you’ll have an amazing experience!

CJ Ratliff Don does this job with excellence. I came in looking for wool slacks. They looked so great I added a matching jacket. Don measured me, and marked them for tailoring in house. I’m picking them up in less than 3 weeks tailor fit to me at an alteration total of $85. It’s nice to have a local full service shop for tailored clothing. Thank you Don. May God bless you brother.

Thomas Paquette Had a wonderful experience. I was helped immediatley and the store had everything I asked for within minutes. I was able to purchase the new wardrobe I was hoping for. After reading the other reviews, I am not sure why anyone would review negatively for service, or "plus size" availability. This is a Lucky Brand Outlet store and serves the customer base as intended with exceptional service. It is unfortunate when people who should be shopping at a specialty store, review a place like this negatively. To each there own though!
