She really helps her customers out. So next time you in j.crew ask for Melissa. She will help you find exactly what you need.

5 /5 J: Great store that is well organized and stocked. I was passing thru and was able to get a few sweaters at an unbelievable price. But what sets this store apart is the service. The SAs are helpful but not hovering. They give you room to just be. I accidentally left some items and my sons toy in the store. Melissa and Angelica went above and beyond to send the items back to me and saved me a long drive. I wish this store and its SAs were closer to where I lived. I will definitely stop by next time I pass thru. Thanks again ladies for your help. My son is thrilled to be reunited with his toy.

5 /5 ruinedbyjay: Went into the store last week, not really knowing what items would look best on me for an event. A young woman named Emily was so helpful and patient with me. Will definitely be back at this store, if everyone else is like her.
