1 /5 Amy Ortiz: Do not take your Amazon returns here. I used to do all of my Amazon returns here and I realized getting the coupons, it’s not worth it anymore. They’ve redone it to where now all of the regular Kohl’s customers, the Kohl’s returns and customer service, and the Amazon returns have to go through the same line. And they will treat you like absolute garbage. I don’t understand why they accept Amazon returns if they’re gonna treat you like trash and like they don’t want you in the line when you show up. I went in there with my Amazon return and I had to wait 23 minutes behind somebody who had an issue with her Kohl’s card and another person doing a return that didn’t have enough money or something like that. When I finally did get up to the cashier, she made me wait to pack everything. It says on Amazon that you could bring it up to Kohl’s with it not packed And it’s fine. I’ve done that 1 million times before. No, the cashier made it a point to make me wait. I guess she thought it would be funny to make me late to where I was going. So yeah, it’s not worth a coupon, it’s not worth a headache. Kohl’s, if you don’t want to accept Amazon returns and if you’re gonna treat people doing Amazon returns like garbage, then don’t accept Amazon returns anymore. What is the point of throwing coupons at people and trying to sell them stuff if you’re gonna treat them like second class?
