Kohls - (Near Harlingen, TX)

1 /5 Juleanna Lizcano: I went to pick up my Kohl’s self pick up order. They gave me such a hard time trying to get my second order, when 5 minutes before I had got my other order. Supposedly I was talking with a manger the entire time. However she was not helpful at all and very much rude. Kohl’s you need to do better. Either reevaluate your employees or mangers. This is the last time I come to the harlingen Kohl’s. Horrible experience!!!!!!

4 /5 Sarah Rubio: I like coming here for my work clothes. However, I am leaving this review because I feel like every time I buy clothes from here, they leave the security tag on the outfit and by the time I come home I can’t wear the shirt and I already ripped off the tag. Please have the cashier make sure to check to take the security tags off or at least put them in the same spot on all shirts to make it easy for employees to locate it. Please fix this, and next time I will have to help them check for the security tags

5 /5 Yolanda Brydone: Shopping at Kohl’s was such a pleasant experience! The store was well-organized, which made it easy to find the perfect outfit. The associates were friendly and helpful, making the whole trip enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back for more!

4 /5 Larry From Wisconsin: Nice. Selection somewhat limited. Shopping for sheets there was good, better and best but not a lot of selection within each category. Significant discounts for using a Kohls card. We actually have a Kohls card we havent used in years. Okay, got the discount using that. Then the cashier asked if we wanted to pay off the balance on the card. There was no balance except todays purchase. Okay. Paid off the balance with cash. Why didnt you just accept cash with the discount? Now we need to update our address on the Kohls card. Cashier says she cant do that. Clean store. Ample parking b
