As I was making a special sales purchase, there was no exchange option so I wanted to assure I was selecting appropriate sizes. She listened, shared her valuable product intel, and provided much needed advice on fit and style. Cindy G The return policy is awful!! I bought shoes a few weeks ago and wanted to return a pair since they ended up not being comfortable. However because they had been worn they refused to give me a refund, the shoes were still in good condition and nothing was wrong with them I still had the box and receipt they still looked brand new. I was told because of them being worn they could not sell them and would have to take a “loss”. Since this was my first time ever buying from them I was unaware of their return policy. I think they should have taken this “loss” and issued my refund because now they have lost a customer. I will not be returning and will get my shoes else where.
