Horace Feathers I signed up for Cricket online, and brought my own unlocked phone. Twice this local store has fixed my phone settings because I screwed them up. Both times they were knowledgeable and quick to help. Both reps had great attitudes. This time it was on Sunday and my screen was black, so I couldnt even see to call Cricket customer service.
