1 /5 Lisa Ramirez: My experience with Loolahs Boutique has been THE worst retail experience Ive ever had in my entire life. I purchased a top and received the wrong size not once, but twice. I was told that I would get a refund after I received the wrong size the second time and kept getting excuses every time I would check in regarding my refund. First, the owner said her Venmo was frozen, then I was told that her CPA would handle it. Days later, I was told "Venmo was down" which in my case, I could access my account just fine. A few days after that, I was told that it would be deposited into my account within three days.... three days later, it was not there. I contacted the owner again, asking for an update and she told me that it was sent on Venmo but was "on hold." Nearly 4 weeks passed, and I finally received my refund. I will never be shopping here again.

1 /5 i Davis: Buyer beware.....I purchased two dresses from this boutique. Totaling $160.00. They did not arrive in time for my event, as they were promised that they would. She gave some excuse of being in the hospital. I gave her grace, wasnt bothered by it. I had another outfit to wear. She offered to refund my order. Awesome. Time went by. No refund. I checked back...It was her accountant, it was Square... She was sick, her Mom was sick, and on and on. So I asked for her to just send the dresses if she couldnt figure out how to refund. Again....Excuses, excuses, excuses. Still no dresses. And now no response from Sarah. I made my order Sept 24th, 2025...Suppose to arrive by October 15th.....It is now February 21st, 2026. No refund and no dresses. I gave her 5 months to make it right.....I would most definitely reconsider buying from this boutique, especially via mail.

1 /5 Kelly ODonald: UPDATE: AFTER this review posted, she reached out to me with a handful of excuses as to why she hadnt sent the jacket. She boldly lied about it not being in stock AFTER already telling me it was. She finally sent a picture of a label. After further looking, it isnt even addressed to me!! AND UPS said a label was made but the package never shipped. This was Tuesday, so weather wasnt a factor. This is a complete disaster! Purchased a coat in December. She still has not shipped the jacket. I finally had to threaten to cancel the order before she said shed ship. We will see if she follows thru. She said she was shipping last Tuesday, and Friday. Its now a week later and shes still saying the same thing.

With short notice I was able to get my shirts back quick and exactly how I wanted them with little stress over the process! I appreciate and support this small business and recommend it to all of Lubbock. So cute and love Sarah the owner!
