Joy Gooding Ive been going to Garland store for a few years and The store has really gotten better as far as organized, clean and staffing. I wanna commend Diana - she was there in the store today by herself for several hours and the check out line NEVER stopped. She kept her cool was pleasant smiling and did not complain once! Her coworker called out and she held it down. Relief wasn’t due to come in until 3 pm. Please be sure management recognizes her for superb customer service. Retain those good employees - I’ve experienced some of the younger girls that are not poised for professionalism or leadership. Diana is!

Merc Flores A cute thrift store with good prices! My family and I loved our experience here, my son had a wonderful time playing with their little girl while I shopped and tried on some clothes. I even felt comfortable enough to ask the lady behind the counter for their opinion of what I was wearing to possibly purchase. Thank you! Ill be back for sure!

Anna Palacios I prefer to go to Goodwill, the old people there are very rude just because you are Latino, they treat you like you are inferior, it makes you feel inferior in the environment. I didnt want to believe it, but yes. Could it be because they are old and have old ideas? They need young people. The prices are expensive when things are donated. I invited my mom to buy and I didnt like how they treated us. I DEFINITELY HIRE GOODWILL... IM SORRY, A LONG TIME AGO I SAW ON FACEBOOK THAT THEY WERE INTIMIDATED BECAUSE CUSTOMERS WOULD GO DOWN BECAUSE GOODWILL CAME TO THEIR CITY. BUT THEY SHOULD HAVE IMPROVED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
