My husband purchased a package of satin pillow cases for me. They are standard size and our pillows at home are king. When we tried to return or exchange them they advised us we could not because this was part of their "hair care products ". Mind you these had never been open or taken out of the box. I literally opened them up for Christmas amd said we had to take them back. I could understand if they had been opened but they are clearly in their orginal packaging and not altered in any fashion. We will not return to buy anything from this place. They have now lost sales as I love to shop boutiques!
