5 /5 Kim Abdullah: Ms. Eva in the fragrance area is so sweet , I couldn’t help but to buy the cologne. She had a lot of patience because I couldn’t decide. She told me Boss Beyond was great but I kept looking at other brands. I ended up with Boss because of her. I will be back soon to visit and purchase more from her.

1 /5 Ashia Brown: I placed an order to have my items shipped to the store on 1/11/26 and as of 1/22/26 I still have only received one item in my package. The store sent emails and text daily (over 6) to remind me to pickup my items because I only had one more day and they rushed me to pick up one item? How are my other items that says in stock not processed? I’m not a fan of Macys even more. I was given a gift card for Christmas. The employee brought out the package for curbside with a scowl on her face. It’s crazy how I don’t have my other items nor an update that they will be ready soon. I called the store, don’t bother ever calling. No department picks up the call, I was rerouted for over 40 minutes!! It was exhausting and ridiculous.

4 /5 Sef McCarter: It was a Macys We got Jeans and Underwear. Not sure what else you can really expect. Although I will say it reminded me of Dillards, very old style (in a good way) department store.

5 /5 Miles Johnson: Annmarie at the Pearland Town Center location was EXTREMELY helpful. I came in looking for a suit, and she helped me from the moment I stepped through the door, to the moment I checked out. She is wonderful. And I will ask for her when returning!

2 /5 Tea & Biscuit: The associate from shoes said that she couldn’t help with shoes from the adjacent Finish Line area, and that their rep would be back soon. As I waited a little line built up to 3 customers. The other adjacent dept rep in cosmetics also said the sales person had “just stepped away”. I tried to call the store to see if someone could step in and assist, but when you punch the number for the offices, the phone just goes dead. Tried twice. Finally, the rep got back from her 15 minute break to a line of frustrated people. Terrible experience for all of us. Her team should pitch in and help!!!
