Anthony Crafts I had an excellent experience at this Burlington! The store was well-organized, clean, and easy to shop in, with a great variety of clothing, shoes, and home essentials at affordable prices. Everything was easy to find, and the checkout process was smooth.
What really stood out, though, was the outstanding customer service. After I finished shopping, I was assisted by Roy, who went above and beyond to make sure my visit ended on a positive note. He was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about providing great service. Roy took the time to answer my questions, helped me with my items, and made sure I left completely satisfied with my shopping experience.
I’ve visited several Burlington locations, including the one in Richardson, but this store has definitely been the best experience by far. The staff here is friendlier, the store feels more organized, and the overall atmosphere is much more welcoming.
It’s rare to find such attentive and dedicated employees these days, and Roy truly deserves recognition for his excellent attitude and commitment to great service. Because of his help, I’ll definitely be returning to this Burlington location and recommending it to others.
