5 /5 Alexandra Hart: This place is just darling. I was stunned by all the gorgeous and unique pieces they had. Im in love with this store and its one of my new favorites in HPV. Come take a look! The staff was very courteous and helpful. I was checked on a few times while I browsed around. Good place to stop while waiting for Honor Bar!

1 /5 Megan Hadley: The employees here have a huge attitude. We came for a pop up and for starters, that in itself was a mess. The pop up was supposed to start at 11 yet market didn’t open until 12? You’d think the employees standing near us would mention that but alas, they did not. Instead they just stood to the side and glared at us periodically. Once they went inside they came back out and set a giant pillar right where the first girl was standing and just walked back inside. When inside the store they switched their tune and were overly nice and condescending. The pop up implied same day engraving but they got overly popular so they said it will be more likely a week. Well, it’s been almost 3 weeks and nobody has followed up to confirm my item has been done and waiting at market for me to come retrieve it. Market was supposed to reach out letting us know it was finished. Then, when my friend went to retrieve our items the same employee made a comment about how another person is there to not shop at the store. “Another tally to the people who aren’t here to shop” LOL. Yeah, never again. What a terrible experience.

2 /5 joy jenkins: im very disappointed with my experience at the store, the lack of customer service and the treatment each time Ive called to check the status of an order that was promised in one week and it took over a month of calling and asking about the order. when I called, there was no apology offered no acknowledgment of my concern and its so disappointing!

Danielle and Casey (sp?) both helped me with an out of town exchange following an in store purchase and were so organized and helpful and made sure it went smoothly. One of my favorite shops in Dallas or anywhere!
