Marshalls - (Near McKinney, TX)

2 /5 Chloe Orrell: Bought 2 pairs of shoes and a few other items. Go to checkout and the cashier asked if I wanted to signup for a marshals card. I say no and she asks why not and continues on about the card and I say no thank you. She then scans my first pair of shoes then scans another item then goes back to that pair of shoes and says one second let me type in the barcode and scans those same shoes again. I didn’t realize until later and was able to get my money back. Call it a mistake but I think it was done on purpose because I didn’t wanna sign up for a card. I mean it was clear the first scan went through.

1 /5 Christi Fontenot: I have always loved shopping at Marshall’s until today. I was excited to use my $10 rewards until I had an unfriendly cashier. I had two identical items with two clearance prices after she looked it up the honored the the higher price and I was fine with that, I had another item which was hand soap on clearance and she peeled the sticker off and ran the numbers and said it was regular price,,,,I said not again there are others on the shelf on the clearance isle. The cashier Sel in McKinney Texas refused to check the prices until I pay the regular price and I again stated that there is others on the clearance isle and she refused and was rude. I WAS a frequent shopper and am a card holder,,,,I will not be shopping at Marshall’s again, customer service is everything.

5 /5 A G: I will always go out of my way for this location because the staff here is so friendly and helpful. I typically can find what I came in for, plus a few goodies. The wait time in line is usually pretty minimal and I have never seen this place too busy. Sometimes when I need a gift but do not know what to get, I come here because I know I will be able to find something, and it is so easy to build gift baskets since they have so many products that match a variety of themes.

4 /5 Kimberley Noel: I was looking for a suitcase for my daughter for her birhday and had gone to several stores and had also looked online EVERYWHERE. I didnt want something that was plain black nor did I want anything with flowers or emojis! I found this one and loved the color and the size. Its super light and is a spinner style with wheels and a expandable handle that hides away under a zippered space. The price was great. I saw the same one on Amazon for about $80 but they didnt really have a color I liked. I do love Marshalls and I can always find things I like. From housewares to bedding to shoes to dog toys, the prices are the best. The one negative is that no matter when you go, they always seem to have a long line to check out. They have one person working the registers or they are just super slow!
