Marshalls - (Near Bryan, TX)

1 /5 Cassie Brown: Today at about 11:25am , I left Marshalls tejas centre location without purchasing the super awesome pants I tried on because the monotone elderly woman at the fitting rooms acted as if I was doing something nefarious.... when I was walking up I set my two items on the rack and smiled and thanked her for handing me the item amount door hanger, but when I was exiting less then 5 minutes later and was going to hand her my door tag and the shorts that werent the correct fit and intending to purchase the awesome fitted acid washed cargo jeans....this woman grabs both my items to inspect them (I am assuming, but honestly I have no idea why she did that) and when I said I was going to purchase the jeans , she didnt say anything and allowed me to grab them .....I asked her "if she treated everyone like that ?" To which I got no response..... the whole thing left me feeling super upset, judged and never wanting to goto this location EVER AGAIN! 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS/FAMILY/STRANGERS IN PASSING OR ON THE WEB!!!

5 /5 Annette FwdByFaith: Staff was friendly and one went the extra mile for me. I couldnt find the size I was looking for, and was about to leave. But then this young man asked me if I was finding everything okay, so I told them the truth... I really wish they had this cart again.And an extra small. So he takes a look at it and he says, hold on, looks down another aisle.And lo and behold, he found what the size I needed! Thanks Daniel! Ill be back for sure! Happy customer!

1 /5 Meme Ketel: Great product selection but the wait at the register is TERRIBLE! Why building several stations to check out when its only 2 and rarely 3 people at checkout. No paper to wrap fragile objects. Very disappointing. Please improve your management and hire more staff, dont BURN your good employees.

1 /5 Niga: Price tags are a absolute scam I saw a perfume pack that said clearance laid over another one which the old price was 5.99 and the new supposedly lower price was 19.99

1 /5 Ashley Cowan: I found lots of good things here including a set of plant stands I was so excited about. They had one price tag, and were zip tied together. When I was checking out they tried to tell me they’re all sold separately even though they’re a set. When I showed them like hey there’s one price tag and they’re zip tied together the manager Julio admitted it was their mistake but refused to make it right. I ended up not purchasing any of the other items I found because I didn’t appreciate the lack of customer service.
