1 /5 Vianca Luna: Terrible customer service. Cashiers and floor people are so rude and if you have a question they never have an answer. Store is dirty and unorganized. Employees do not and will not honor sales prices for identical items. So disappointed in the decline of customer service here since 2020. Unfortunately not interested in spending my money here anymore.

1 /5 Jackie Carrasco: We have had a reoccurring experience at this location with one of the staff members the Mexican lady with Carmel frizzy like hair. Can never get her name because it’s covered all the time on her badge. I believe is one of the managers or acts like one, she is unpleasant and more then four occasions challenges the clearance items you have gotten and rips them off and doesn’t give an explanation on why it isn’t on sale it’s I guess just her choice as to why you can’t get that price that was marked. Update : Thank you Ariana the store manger&Vanessa & laura from corporate who spoke to me and my sisters for listening to the situation. I hope this doesn’t happen again to others or to us.

3 /5 Cecy: If youre searching for bargains or on a strict budget, go elsewhere. You may find one or two "reduced" prices but certainly not everything. Smaller selection of clothing and shoes for women, men, and kids. Mostly womens clothing. Smaller areas with home decor and goods, toys, beauty products, etc. Think Ross but not as inexpensive, slightly higher quality, more orderly--you know, not the free-for-all madhouse. Got a pick of the dressing rooms. Some of the best ones Ive been in.

1 /5 Indira Obregon: I went to buy my daughter a small plush. There was only one left. It was dirty rubbed all that dirty floor. I asked how much would it be and if they can give a discount. They showed me another plush that was 12.99 and discount 1.00. I was so mad because I would not buy anything used this way but my daughter insisted. I realized as I’m looking at them and it’s them putting their own price. So disappointed I would rather drive far to TJMaxx and get better customer service.
