Fe P. Walked in ready to shop for bottoms that can be worn both casually and for work. The two girls near the front of the store were gossiping on about something (I could hear their conversation). They barely looked up and didnt greet me. Fine. So I browsed and grabbed a pair of pants that I liked that wasnt in my size. Was gonna ask a question about them. Still, the girls stood there enjoying their conversation. Ms. Audrey was working the fitting room and saw that I was looking around, and she very nicely greeted me. The girls looked on as I thanked Audrey who did what she could from her post. I clearly stated that I had hoped to find my size and that I was looking to buy pants that were not skinny jeans. Still, they turned and continued laughing and talking then relocated to the petite section as if my needing help bothered their convo. They continued on never saying a single word to me, or to anyone else, and I decided to spend money elsewhere. Shame. They had a good selection. This happened at 4:30p today. Jorge Penate The staff here were phenomenal. I drove in from a store farther away to run in quickly before closing to pick up something on hold. Instead of just letting me grab and go... they made sure it fit perfectly and to my desire - and Im sure glad they did. After a few tries, we got a perfect fit to make sure I looked fresh and clean for an upcoming event. Appreciative of Jaxon and his crew!

Allyson Rodriguez In a world where kindness is rare; I want to thank Dianna and Jackie at the 22625 Tomball Pky location, who helped me today. I came in to return clothes that I purchased online, that were too big. Instead of just processing the return, they came from behind the counter and helped me find the right sized pants, blouses, a cardigan and matching jewelry. Thanks to them, I left with two beautiful outfits, a purse and matching jewelry. One that I intend to wear at my interview tomorrow. Definetly will be shopping at this location more. Thanks Dianna and Jackie! See you guys again!

Johnnie Banks American Eagle was awesome. Stopped by with my daughter so she could get a pair of jeans and Vance was super helpful. Although I dont shop there myself....I would recommend anyone that does like that style of clothes to shop there.

Rene Lopez Great prices and friendly staff only wish they had something my size lol. But love coming to shopping here for my kids.
