5 /5 Olis Mom: Alicia at this location is amazing. I had stopped coming in store because of a rude worker and just started picking up online orders. I went in for pick up with my daughter and was greeted by Alicia and she was so great. She even asked if I wanted to try on my online pickup to make sure it fit before I left. I ended up shopping around and found some other really nice items to buy. Im going to start shopping in store again thanks to Alicia. She made our experience at Maurices enjoyable again.

5 /5 Cass: I absolutely LOVE this chain. Their clothing is of great quality. Customers are treated with respect, understanding and of value. Technology permits them to locate a receipt by account so that items are exchangeable. Its a great service they provide and I love every visit. Whether it be shopping in the store or picking up an online order. All in all a great experience.

5 /5 Erin Gilbert: The customer service was impeccable today. Greeted when I first walked in, told of the sales, asked if I was looking for something specific. When I had a handful of clothes they put them in a fitting room with my name written on it. After I was done with the fitting room I wanted to find one more pair of pants and I was asked by my name if I needed any other help. It was top-notch customer service. I will shop there again just for that reason.

4 /5 Brenda Ramirez: Very nice welcoming staff unlike the rest of Odessa Customer service. They have nice clothes good bargains and sales. Just need a little more selection in colors other than that awsome. You can walk out with a complete out fit just from one visit

5 /5 JAMIE BROCK: My customer service lady was wonderful. She worked with me like nobody has in a very long time. I don’t know her name but she’s sales associate 421. She truly went above and beyond what she should have to make me happy. There needs to be more people like her in this business.
