1 /5 Angela: Ive gone to Melrose for years now since I’ve lived in Seguin, and I’ve always treated the employees with respect and they have done so back. Recently I went and I had kindly asked this blonde lady for the restrooms since they always open it she doesn’t respond to me just shakes her head saying no I kindly say okay and turn around then this woman with black long hair I don’t know her name but she’s been working there for a while and has always had an unprofessional attitude. She comes up to me and rudely says what do I want I kindly repeat what I had told the blonde young lady and she responds to me with a rude unprofessional tone, technically looking down on me and disrespecting me and my mother. I’ve heard many reviews about a lady who is mean I’m not sure if that’s her or not but the way she treats customers is completely disrespectful no store should hire someone like that it drives customers away.

1 /5 Stacey C: Worst shopping experience ever, first I was being followed as if I was stealing then when it came time to pay there were two customers in front of me one did not speak English and the other had broken english one was trying to pay with a $100 the cashier said they couldnt accept it due to change but she didnt understand what they were saying to her. There wasnt even an attempt to help her understand so the customer behind her and myself ended up helping her and then the customer after her went to the Im assuming manager to pay and she was just being rude through her whole transaction. Her tone of voice and her attitude is very unprofessional and Ive read on other reviews of people saying the same thing and the company investigates and state theres no issue upon surveillance footage, that was my thought yesterday if the company even sees whats going on, And I saw my answer because there was a screen behind the cashier area that shows they have cameras in the store Ive been a manager in a retail for 11 years now. The company I work for nor would I would ever accept the treatment that is being put out in this store. A retraining in customer service and education on diversity is needed here.

5 /5 Kaizen Hastings: I had such a great experience at the Melrose store in Seguin! I shopped there yesterday morning and was truly impressed by the level of customer service. Bobby was absolutely amazing—he went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Shopping for school clothes for the kiddos can be overwhelming but he made it easy and enjoyable. I left the store beyond satisfied! Thank you.

She let me know about your layaway and loyalty programs. She also let me know about the benefits of getting your Melrose card. I just might apply for one the next time I visit your store, because of Teresa and how kind and helpful she is. Thank you Teresa.
