Mel R Got to the store at 5pm on a Saturday. Staff was so helpful and polite. Answered our questions. Came in and got my boots cleaned and branded. Did purchase a few things. Even though the boots that I wanted weren’t in stock they offered to order them online for me. Also, I was offered a half size smaller and half size larger so I could see how the boot would look like. Really helped me decide that I did really want those boots. Great experience overall. Thank you again. ❤️

Although we did not purchase our dress there because they did not carry the specific designer we were looking for, Ally was still incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout our visit. We were so impressed by the level of service that we returned to My Castle Boutique to purchase a petticoat hoop skirt and to have alterations done on our dress. Ally provided excellent customer service every step of the way — professional, attentive, and genuinely caring.
