2 /5 Judithh: im a regular customer and these to women who barely started working always have an attitude one name is jasmine always has makeup and the other is african american with dreads. and it’s all over a personal issue my uncle had with jasmine. very unprofessional

1 /5 Sydney Sanchez: Older lady with the blonde hair is rude, she never has a smile and looks like she hates her job. I asked her if i could use the restroom and she said “they arent working” which another customer had already gone. Ig my appearance made her think differently of me. I will not be coming to this location again as long as that lady is there. & not to mention when you ask for help she completely ignores you.

1 /5 Adriana Ruiz: I went to the store with my daughter and since I spoke Spanish the cashier told me I was stupid, that I had bad service and discrimination and I was with my daughter, very bad service

2 /5 Sharon Anders: Walked into this store, music was loud, no one spoke or said a word, oh but they were singing alone with the music. Listen ppl Customer Service is a important to have in a places like this one. When its not there its basically bad business. Get it together!!!

1 /5 Karina: The worst cashier. I didn’t get her name but I wished I did. Me and my mother and my 2year old were shopping. And my son got one of those plastic chickens where you squeeze their tummy and it makes a funny sound. So this rude cashier said if y’all are not gonna pay for it put it back but in a rude way. They should NOT treat their customers like that. It’s a toy we were gonna put it back or maybe even buy it after we got done shopping. Melrose needs to find better employees with better attitudes.
