CK Kennedy The Kerrville TX Belk store has a pretty amazing selection of fragrances. And I had a wonderful experience with the young woman at the counter who was knowledgeable, courteous, and very patient. (I’m not posting a name because I didn’t ask her permission.) I had lost my favorite 25-year scent to discontinuation then a reformulation that just wasn’t the same. On to a new experience! However: Two were soapy, one was a little skunky, another was acidy; but that’s why we still do such things in a physical store. Kind of like shopping for handbags, but even more personal, although not fun for everyone. Just ask my husband. She walked me through several labels, testing, advising, and finally, we found it, thanks to her suggestions and knowledge. The minute it hit my wrist, I knew it was the one (and so did my husband). Thanks for leading me to the perfect fragrance! (BTW, I fell in love with Oscar de la Renta Bella Blanca.)

Rozmin M Its an okay Loft location located in Stonebriar mall. The employees were friendly. I came to return some items. It is one of the smaller Loft stores I have come into though. The sale area is a bit crowded. Sizes are not available. Alternative is ordering online, which they take forever to ship if at all.

BELLY I havent shopped Loft in a while but Im so glad I stopped here! The customer service I received alone makes me want to come back! Claire, Megan, and Sarah were excellent, professional, and extremely helpful! I came in for a black top, essentially, something to wear for the weekend, and Claire gave me such a personal experience! She recommended some tops that I may like, based off of style and color, and I even inquired about jumpers which she pointed me to as well. Not only did she recommend clothing, following Covid19 precautions, I was allowed to try on clothes and got opinions from her and Sarah! Theyre even considerate of your budget! Got a jumper, a classy strap shirt, and a romper-jumper??, for just around $60! Hands down, best experience Ive had in a clothing store in a while! Thanks ladies! :)

Christine Daduya Hands down my favorite Carters/OshGosh store! The staff here are ALL very friendly, helpful, and know their merchandise. I was in a pinch, and needed 3 full head to toe outfits for our Christmas card photo shoot. Two ladies listened to what I preferred and gave me fantastic options. The pictures turned out amazing and even the photographer commented on the kids outfits. I cant wait to go back and show them the photos!
