Victoria Zamarron Landry was rude, and unpleasant with the looks and tone that she used on multiple occasions and while checking both me and my sister out. It was my first time visiting this store entirely, and unfortunately I dont see what all the hype is about if customer service is like that there.

Cari Rivera I dont know all of what they changed but KEEP IT UP! I normally love Charlotte Russ back home in NY but ever since I Moved here, my experiences and selection of clothing was always poor. Shopping today I noticed some really cute Nightmare before Christmas pajama pants and decided to give it another try. I was not disappointed. The customer service was 10/10. The clothing selection has been upgraded to a 10/10. The cleanliness was a 10/10. Even cashing out was a 10/10. Whoevers in charge of ordering needs a raise. Lol If you havent been in recently, go check it out. 10/10 recommend and its back on my list of places to shop!
