4 /5 Paul Delacruz: November 2025 I enjoy walking into Neiman Marcus feeling like a man of wealth where the store has always maintained a luxury status and keeps the place very clean. Sometimes during the year I find something special but love coming here for the holidays where load up on gifts. Their holiday items are top notch and high quality. You do see many items return every year but the chocolate chip cookies are the bomb. The service here is excellent and eve though many are afraid to enter the store you can still find some affordable deals. One complaint when it opened was that it felt too small and no café, but seems to work well.

Spends tons of time finding the missing pieces that I need. A simple call to her turns into day where you are treated like royalty. My dressing room is prepped with amazing pieces, tasty treats are waiting and my spa appointment is booked. She goes above and beyond. When I had to buy Christmas gifts for a new member of my team who was much younger I turned to Hannah. She picked amazing items that were a big hit.
