5 /5 Leah Socorro Cayanan: NYA is my go-to place for gowns and dresses that are affordable. I always go here first if I need a formal attire. My sister who is from out of town makes a point of coming here to shop for gowns for her and her daughter. A few months ago, we purchased 4 gowns for less than $130.00. Shown in the picture is the purple gown I wore on her daughter’s debut. It was a gem for the price of $35. Only when I don’t find a suitable gown or dress there do I search in other stores. I find NYA store associates very helpful. There were even times when they aided me and my sister in looking for gowns sized right for us. They even helped us during the fittings. Even the cashier was accommodating of our request to use the restroom which normally is only for employees’ use. We just had to explain to him that my sister came all the way from Temple just to shop in their store. Highly recommended. Just make sure you have plenty of time to try the dresses or gowns. Also have a restroom break first before going there because you might not be lucky like we were.

1 /5 Jose hernandez: Some of the workers aren’t helpful and don’t want to assist. They have a rule that you can you only try on a certain amount of dresses per day. Driving from San Antonio to here to only get a limited chances to try something on is ridiculous. It’s better to not come if you are from out of town.

1 /5 Steven Merkley: Terrible. My pregnant wife and 3 year old daughter went downtown to shop for dresses for a close friends destination wedding. Our daughter suddenly had to go to the bathroom while in the store, and the shops staff refused to allow our 3 year old to use the bathroom. My wife had to leave the store and had to walk to the Wendys nearby. By the time this was done the store had closed and there was no opportunity to buy a dress in any part of downtown. We definitely will not be returning.

1 /5 Amy Hernandez: They wouldn’t hold a dress for 1 day. They don’t have good customer service and if they lose you as a customer they don’t even care. They need training from Chick-fil-A because they have better customer service! The ladies that help you are great but the ppl in charge are jerks to say the least.

1 /5 IDT: No where to sit down and my legs are killing there is only 3 seats and takes 2 hours to finish that’s why this store closing
