2 /5 Kajun Shaman: Sometimes the staff are problematic. Too lazy to do exchanges the correct way even when asked and will chose to argue rather than help you. Specifically , will not hear you out but will keep interrupting when you answer their questions rather than help. Some just act like you are bothering them. Some staff are very good but you never know when you will get the one cashier who wants to preach to you or argue a hald baked argument rather than look up a return on your credit card. Store often has great prices on nice merchandise. This is the plus side of the store.

1 /5 roger guerra: I bought some shoes I really liked and luckily I was able to get them with the box, but at the time to pay the lady threw out the box and at first I wasn’t that upset and asked if I could have the box or buy the box because I really like keeping the shoes as neat as possible but she just didn’t want to let me keep the box and that really bummed me out because out of my entire collection of shoes these are the only ones without a box and it looks horrible
