4 /5 Brian J: This two story Old Mavy has affordable basics. The styles are simple but trendy, sales are frequent, and quality is decent for the price. Great for everyday clothes, especially jeans, tees, and kids wear, though sizing can be hit or miss. Perfect for families on a budget. Easy returns help. Overall solid.

5 /5 Lulu: I had a great experience at Old Navy in Park Lane. I was able to find exactly what I needed, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to approach. The store is located in the Park Lane shopping area alongside other stores and restaurants, which makes it convenient. Whole Foods is right nearby too, so it’s easy to get multiple errands done in one stop. Great location and solid customer service!

2 /5 Fatima Drame: This is not my first time shopping at Old Navy nor this location. I am usually able to price match at any Gap/Athleta/Old Navy store. For some reason, the employees here have the hardest time comprehending this and allowing me to do so. It’s a little odd. Then in the dressing room, I had a pair of jeans I needed another size. I knew where I got it from and told the dressing room attendee. She said she would get my size for me. I know there’s other sizes because I came from the rack shortly after trying my clothes. She came back saying there were no sizes left but when I left (after trying all my items), I found the entire rack with plenty sizes left and came back. She looked astonished and pissed off. On top of other micro-aggressions while shopping, this recent visit disappointed me to say the least and I won’t be coming back here again.

5 /5 Roxzane: Its a big store, 2 floors. It was nice and clean, friendly staff. I went in to do a exchange and added more items to my purchase. Exchange was nice and easy. Definitely will shop here again.
