Old Navy - Shop TX (Near Bastrop)

5 /5 Kim W.: Its really nice to have a chain like Old Navy in Bastrop. The store is clean and organized as of today. My little one really enjoys the hopscotch and ball machine in the kids section. The staff we encountered were very kind and helpful. Update: Store staff is very friendly and helpful. Great variety and great prices!

5 /5 Melissa Murata: The people who work here are very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate that they honored a coupon I had received via email and that they signed me up for rewards. The manager, David, clearly cares about his store and ensuring every customer is treated well. Sherly, my cashier who also helped me locate items, was equally nice and informative. She signed me up for the rewards program and helped me find some clothing. She is definitely the kind of employee you want to keep and promote! If every store offered the helpful and friendly service that this store offers, Id shop in person more often. Ill definitely be coming back.

5 /5 Karissa Boyce: Have a completely different view on this company now. Great selection and prices including true plus sizes. Manager Lindsey was extremely helpful when a discount wasnt applied that was supposed to be never made it a hassle to get if fixed. Realy a great shopping experience from a store that I never thought would have something for me. Will definitely be back.
